Content and Communications Manager
Job Summary: The Content and Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing all written and visual content, managing public relations, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across all platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content that aligns with the Chichi brand, managing social media accounts, and handling media relations to promote the company’s initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop and write content for the website, blog, newsletters, and social media.
- Create engaging visual content, including photos and videos, that reflects the Chichi brand.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and reach.
- Public Relations:
- Write and distribute press releases to local and international media.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Handle media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company representatives.
- Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with the company’s goals and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategies.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree (or work-experience) in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and public relations.
