For the past decade, Carmen has been the nurturing presence that brings warmth and kindness to every corner of Serena’s Art Factory. Her role goes far beyond housekeeping; she ensures that our environment reflects the care and attention that defines our work. Carmen tends to the Chichi garden with love, looks out for her colleagues, and spreads joy through her psalms and songs. Her spiritual presence offers comfort and inspiration, making her an irreplaceable part of our team. Carmen’s selflessness and dedication embody the values of Chichi Curaçao, making her a shining example of excellence.

Claudina Fransina (Zusje): The Pillar of Chichi Culture

From the very beginning, Zusje has been a cornerstone of our Chichi family. Starting as an artist, her exceptional talent and dedication quickly became evident, playing a crucial role in shaping our unique Chichi sculptures. As she transitioned into the role of Production Supervisor, her deep understanding of the craft and her commitment to quality ensured that every piece met the highest standards. Beyond her professional role, Zusje serves as a spiritual advisor, guiding and supporting her colleagues with wisdom and compassion. Her journey from artist to leader is a testament to her resilience and unwavering dedication, and her influence continues to inspire us all.
