Hello everyone, I’m Marely Girigori, and I’m here to share my experience as a Chichi artist with you. At 25 years old and working as a teacher, I recently discovered a new passion: painting Chichi’s, and it has influenced my life in a beautiful way.
From a young age, I’ve always loved flowers. For me, flowers not only have an aesthetic beauty, but they also have the power to transform an atmosphere and bring joy. I remember that as a child, I enjoyed drawing flowers in my notebooks. Those little drawings always brought me peace and hapiness, and it’s that joy that I try to capture on my Chichi’s.
My inspiration comes from the world around me, nature, people, and society. Even on social media, I find drawings that inspire me to be creative. But my heart truly lies with flowers. I prefer painting flowers because they bring me so much joy and remind me of my childhood.
Home is where my creativity usually comes to life, although I don’t always paint in the same place. Wherever I paint, my love for art is always present.
In the beginning, I was afraid, afraid of damaging a Chichi, afraid of making mistakes. But little by little, I began to overcome that fear and found freedom in painting. I started adding more variation to my designs and became more careful when submitting my work. The experience of submitting my Chichi’s is hard to describe. You can express all your emotions in the environment you’re in, while also experiencing the emotions of others.
One of the highlights for me was seeing someone buy a Chichi with my number on it. The butterflies I felt at that moment are indescribable. It was a moment of recognition and joy, a confirmation that my art touches and inspires people.
For me, every small detail on my Chichi’s is an opportunity to bring change, to improve an aspect. And this change feels miraculous to me, something that brings my artwork to life.
I hope to create many more beautiful pieces that will be loved by the visitors of Chichi Garden.
